Pastoral Care

Our Pastoral Care team provides support during illness, life changes and times of crisis for members of our King’s Park community. We use a biblically-based discipleship approach to assist those facing challenges in their marriage, family, emotions, spiritual life and other areas.

Refresh Nights | June 18 & 25 at 7:00PM

Coming up in June we will have two Refresh Nights. The first, on the 18th, will be a night of worship! The second, on the 25th, we will have a guest speaker, Pastor Danell Perkins.

Both nights, we will have Refresh Kids for ages 6-12. The theme for the 18th is Praise and Worship and the theme for the 25th is Hearing God's Voice.

Coffee & Conversations | Sunday June 22 at 10:15AM
In observance of International Widows Day on June 22nd, we will honor our widows and widowers with a special time of Coffee & Conversation, themed “Loved, Seen & Cherished”.
This event will take place in the Upper Lobby from 10:15AM-11:00AM.
Widows and widowers, this is a meaningful opportunity to connect with others who have experienced God’s faithfulness and love through life’s difficult seasons.
We look forward to sharing sweet and simple morning treats, uplifting words of encouragement on God’s love and provision, and heartfelt conversation.

Kids Baptism Class | August 17

Is your child curious about water baptism? Join us for a special 30-minute class designed for kids in 5th grade and below who want to learn more about what baptism means and why it matters.

We'll meet at 9:00am in the Fellowship Hall on Sunday, August 17 for an engaging, age-appropriate conversation about the significance of water baptism and what it means to follow Jesus.

Parents should attend with their child, as this class is a great opportunity to learn and grow together in faith. We can't wait to walk alongside your family in this important step of the journey!

End of Summer Blast | July 27, August 3 & 10

Join us for our End of Summer Blast—a celebration for the whole church, especially kids and teens! On Sundays July 27, August 3 and August 10, stick around after service and head outside for yard games, frozen treats and time to connect as a church family. We’ll play, snack and fellowship together as we wrap up summer with fun and purpose!

Special milestones make these Sundays even more meaningful:

On August 3, we’ll celebrate our rising 6th graders during Kids Ministry—it’s their last Sunday before moving on to Youth!

On August 10, it’s Move Up Sunday! Kids will transition to their new Kids Ministry classes, and rising middle schoolers will officially join Youth Ministry.

Let’s Grow Together through fun, celebration and connection. Join us for these joyful summer Sundays!
