The King's Park Discipleship Path
Do you want to make a greater difference in the world around you?
Lead Well is an opportunity to grow in Christ and in your confidence with ministering to others. You will learn to lead well and as a result, impact people for the glory of God. The way we will do this is through prayerfully and holistically studying the Bible as a group and applying it to our lives and ministry to others.
Lead Well is a free two-year program that includes the following courses:
- Introduction to Every Nation
- Spirit-Empowered Ministry
- Preaching the Gospel
- Spiritual Disciplines
- Old Testament Survey
- New Testament Survey
- Discipleship and Relationship
- Essential Doctrines
- Church History and Apologetics
These classes meet on various Wednesdays from 6:30PM – 8:30PM in the Baptismal Lobby. The meetings will consist of biblical teaching combined with small group time for discussion, application and prayer. They are tuition-free and childcare is provided.
The current courses are listed on the form. Please click the link below if you’re interested in attending this semester.

Leadership 215 is a free program designed to help both vocational and marketplace ministers grow in maturity in Christ and impactful ministry, by deepening their theological foundations.
It is designed to help participants:
- dive deeper into the Word
- develop in their handling and teaching of Scripture
- be equipped for effective Gospel ministry in the church, campus and marketplace.
For vocational ministers, Leadership 215 is Every Nation’s minimum global theological standard for all Every Nation ministers.
For marketplace ministers, Leadership 215 is the most extensive training King’s Park offers to develop existing and future church leaders to be competent students, handlers and/or teachers of the Word.
Who is eligible?
All King’s Park elders, ministers (church and campus) and ministry interns are automatically eligible and enrolled in Leadership 215. Anyone else who has completed Growth Track, Biblical Foundations & Christian Living (i.e. the Purple Book), and Lead Well (or ENLI/VLI) are also eligible.
